What is your turnaround time for custom invitations? What are your shipping options? Can I return/exchange goods? Are there other ways of paying? I have never used Paypal online payments, is it safe? What is your turnaround time for custom invitations? Our turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. You will receive an email sample in 12-24 hours, then a hard copy confirmation mailed via priority mail or express mail (costs extra) after email sample is confirmed. Printing will commence immediately after hard copy confirmation. You may choose to forego the hardcopy at your request. This will expedite your project completion. What are your shipping options? Shipping from Hawaii is fastest and cheapest via USPS Priority and Express Mail. You will be given options on our shopping cart. Please choose the shipping within the order subtotals. Priority Mail is 3-7 days, faster on the West Coast than East Coast of the US. Order subtotal = Cost of shipping $.01-$75.00 = $4.60 $75.01-600 = $8.95 $650.01-999 =$17.90 $1000+ = $26.85 Samples and orders from .01-$8.50 = $1.00 Express Mail is 1-3 days, faster on the West Coast than East Coast of the US. All orders are $16.25 plus 75¢ per pound. If your orders exceed the shipping rates, you will be billed via Paypal invoice prior to shipment. For Global shipping, please call us at (808) 554-6441. Can I return/exchange goods? Yes. All products that are in sellable condition and original packaging can be returned/exchanged within 30 days. Refund will be sent upon receipt of the package. Shipping is not refundable. Custom invitations and any invitations that have been printed are not refundable or exchangeable. Are there other ways of paying? Yes. If you feel insecure with our methods of payment and want to use other ways of paying, we suggest: money order mailed to Kiku Kami, wire transfer, cashier check or personal/business check. Cash accepted in person only. Please do not mail cash. To obtain mailing address by calling your order in. We prefer not to advertise on the internet our mailing or location address due to excessive spam mails and emails. It will take longer to process your order as a result of using alternate payments. I have never used Paypal online payments, is it safe? Paypal is secure and there are stringent requirements that prevent identity theft, internet fraud and credit card fraud on the internet. Yes, however, I ask that you come prepared with your information and what designs you would like. Call Tisha at (808) 554-6441 and an appointment can be set from Monday 10a-430p and Saturday 9-1. You may email us at anytime to set an appointment. How do I view my cart? On each item page there is a link above "add to cart" that says "view cart." Click on "view cart" and your items will appear. How do I use the coupons/discounts? Enter your code at check out. You may have received a code in the mail, advertising, etc. How do I order samples? You may order one set by emailing us at info@invitationsbykiku.com.. Buy by the piece or by the set and pay for the shipping (either first class, priority mail, or express mail). They come with generic text. Custom text will cost $45.00 and can be subtracted from your final order.
